The NDIS Commission has developed a New Worker - NDIS Induction Module to support providers to induct new staff to the disability sector during the COVID-19 pandemic:
The program is part of a suite of learning products for new disability workers that explain their obligations under the NDIS Code of Conduct.
Building on the knowledge and skills developed in the NDIS Worker Orientation Module, the new modules are perfect for workers new to delivering disability services under the NDIS. They are great for current disability workers with experience but no formal qualifications. If you are a worker moving into disability wanting to understand the minimum safety and quality expectations for your work practice, this training is for you!
