• consider what areas of your life you want to strengthen with recovery goals and action steps that work for you

• ensure your rights and choices are respected and your voice is heard and valued

• troubleshoot challenges and issues that emerge for you along the way

• embrace the progress and ‘wins’ you experience along the way
